2. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST)
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; changes do not affect placed orders
• We may cancel orders if a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud is discovered
• In case of cancellation, full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of ordering
• Accepted methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time
• Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay - we do not store your full payment credentials

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to all pincodes within India via Shiprocket and partner couriers
• Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 5-7 business days) and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 fee applies below that

6. Returns & Refunds

• Our 7-day return policy applies for unused, unworn items in original packaging
• Customised, pooja-charged, and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

7. Product Disclaimer

• Gemstone bracelets are traditional Vedic accessories; they are not medical devices
• Product photos are for illustration; actual stones may vary slightly in colour and pattern
• Each piece comes with a lab certificate verifying the authenticity of gemstones used

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and taglines - is the property of Ratnakatha and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ratnakatha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation within 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat
